Paula has played a key role in the City Deal negotiation process, which has resulted in the successful implementation of a Growth Hub and key policy initiatives in the Automotive sector.  She has worked with central government to secure in excess of £90m for Coventry & Warwickshire projects as part of the area’s Growth Deal.

Clive is Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor at Coventry University. Recognised for his ability to lead and successfully deliver high-level strategic innovation projects, Clive has worked closely on the development of local strategies and policy and with the public and private sector on the development and delivery of major programmes and initiatives.

The last 12 years of Wendy’s career has been in the Higher Education Sector.  Prior to that she worked as a human resources and management consultant, and as an HR professional in a number of organisations, SMEs, public bodies, and service providers.  Working with small and large organisations on their organisational development, structures, HR strategy and implementation.  She developed policies and procedures for companies across public and commercial sectors.
