Care home and apartment complex to create 100 jobs in Leamington

Work will start in January to create a purpose-built care home and apartment complex in Leamington.

Specialist care home provider Montpelier Estates has completed the purchase of Sovereign House in Queensway on Tachbrook Park from property development company AC Lloyd.
